Ideal candidates should be both disciplined and focused, and possess a four year degree in agriculture, vegetable production, or a related field. At minimum, candidates must demonstrate at least ten years experience in commercial organic growing in a senior supervisory role.

Qualifications: Knowledge of effective branding and marketing of organic crops; Superior knowledge of organic farming and soil management; Mastery of budgeting, P&L, and accounting as it applies to this field; Automation, and heavy equipment background; Ability to direct and coordinate all staff activities; Bilingual capabilities (Spanish and English); Superior communications skills and the ability to address groups regarding organic growing methodology; Compost production management; Greenhouse management; Organic animal husbandry.
