Requirements: Able to perform physical work for extended periods of time; Able to work in varied weather conditions; Able to balance multiple assignments successfully; 16 years of age or older; Able to maintain courteous and helpful behavior; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays; Able to maintain appropriate employee appearance; Subject to Drug Free Workplace Policy; Subject to Criminal Background check.

Duties and Responsibilities: Works within Food and Beverage Department at the Columbus Zoo or Zoombezi Bay; Serves visitors courteously and efficiently; Prepares recipes as instructed; Opens, closes and maintains cleanliness of food stands and equipment; Transacts food and drink sales; Required to complete cash handling training and pass cash handling test; Reports directly to Team Lead and/or Section Lead; Position may require job rotation within the Revenue Department; Adheres to uniform and employee policies and regulations.
